The Price per night can be different it depends on the season:

There are 2 options to reserve our apartment:

A. Directly, the cheapest way: If you want to reserve directly, then you do not pay any commission of rental platforms! just pay directly to our bank IBAN account.

B. If you want to reserve with one of platforms as shown in tab "Availability", then, you will pay commission, and it can be ±15%, it depends on the platform.

C. The cleaning fee will be €120 per each stay.

LONG STAY:
-Hibernate (November-February)  from €750,- p/4 weeks (excl. gas, water, electricity & Internet).

-Mid season (March, September, October) €1100 p/4 weeks (excl. gas, water, electricity & Internet).

Individual night € 60.00 (in low season), Individual night € 80.00 (in mid season), Individual night € 110.00 (in high season)
Low season – from November 1 – March 31, € 350.00 per week*
Mid season 1 – from April 1 – June 30, € 500.00 per week*
High season – from July 1 – August 31, € 700.00 per week*
Mid season 2 – from September 1 – October 31, € 500.00 per week*
*week is 7 days / 6 nights

OTHER COSTS:
The cleaning costs amount to € 140 and will be charged for each stay.
Deposit per apartment € 250,-. You pay this amount for any damage or loss of goods and/or not leaving the apartment correctly. If everything is in order, the deposit will be refunded to your account within one week after departure.

PAYMENT:
• 50% of the rent after the booking has been confirmed. We expect this amount to be in our account within three days after our approval. Only when the payment is on our account will the reservation be converted into a definitive reservation/booking.
• We expect 50% of the rent and the deposit of € 250, - to be paid into our account no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
If you book within four weeks before departure, you pay the entire rental amount and deposit in one time.

CANCELLATION;
Something may happen that requires you to cancel your holiday. We fully understand this. That is why we would like to receive an e-mail as soon as possible in which the booking is cancelled. We would like to inform you about the conditions for cancellation of a booking.

• You can cancel the booking free of charge up to two months before arrival;
• Between two months and six weeks before arrival, we deduct 33% of the rent;
• Between six and four weeks before arrival, we deduct 66% of the rent;
• In case of cancellation within four weeks, no refund is possible.

Registration of tenants at holiday rentals

Adjusted procedure from June 2023

For the registration of tenants, for tourist rentals, this will be different from June 2023.

Every tenant, from the age of 16, will have to register online with the Ministry of the Interior.

What does this mean?

A lot more information must be provided, such as passport numbers, full names without abbreviations, date of booking, date of arrival, telephone number, e-mail address of the tenant, payment method, etc…

What about control?

During physical inspection, you must always present your rental license, the sign with the tourist number on or in the home and documentation from the tenants.

The fines are up to €30,000.

What is required for the registration of the tenants?

A certificado digital is mandatory here.
