The Murcia Region is one of the driest and sunniest regions in Spain. Roda Golf is a best Golf resort in the Spain and maybe in Europe was designed by Dave Thomas with the 18-hole par 72 golf course with the clubhouse and restaurant. It is a well-established golf resort just 2.5 km from the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor at Los Alcázares.

The resort has a superb PGA 18hole golf course and driving range as well as an elegant club house with fine dining or the perfect place for a drink on the terrace facilities. It

is a lovely place to relax, overlooking the golf course and water features. Drinks and snacks are served all day and the restaurant serves a la carte meals in the evenings.

The climate is great for golf right throughout the winter. There is a mini supermarket on the resort with several larger supermarkets in town of Los Alcazares. The club house in Roda Golf A shuttle bus runs in August between the resort and Los Alcazares.

This apartment is very close to the beaches and town of Los Alcazares and Narejos. Easy access to the golf Clubhouse, bars, restaurants and all amenities. Located only 25 minutes on foot/ 4 minute drive to the fantastic blue flag beaches of the Mar Menor, the safest beach you can find in Europe as it is shallow most of the time.

Towns/Cities:

Roda village is only 5 minutes on foot main entrance to the resort and in this village there are few bars, restaurants, a mini supermarket(EconomMarket Supermercado).

Los Alcázares: is a lovely seaside town with beaches  full of bars and restaurants which spill out onto pavement terraces  and 4km of long white sandy beach with promenade.

La Zenia: 20-minute drive is located on the Costa Blanca South just south of the major town of Torrevieja. This stretch of the coast is known as the Orihuela Costa.

La Zenia is a small but busy beach tourist resort. It has many restaurants, bars, shops and good facilities due to the large number of people who live here all the year round.

There are many Irish bars including the well-known Paddy’s. Most bars show Sky Sports and it is easy to find a good all-day English breakfast in one of the many cafes and restaurants, boulevard Shopping centers.

Cartagena: is close by (20 minute drive) with many historical sites and a cosmopolitan atmosphere in this port city that is popular with cruise ships because there are many shops and tapas bars.

Murcia: is close by (30 minute drive), the capital and most populous city of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, and the seventh largest city in the country, with a population of 450,000 inhabitants.

Murcia is the perfect city break destination for those who don’t really love cities. The center has the feel of a small town, and while there’s plenty going on, everything is all centered  around separate plazas. Nothing feels rushed or as intense as big cities.

The heart of Murcia is the beautiful, historic Old Town, full of huge plazas and baroque buildings. Many of the streets are pedestrianized, so this is a gorgeous place to simply stroll around and explore. As well as some of the city’s most iconic architectural sites, you’ll find plenty of great boutique shops too.

Torrevieja: : is close by (30 minute drive), a city in Spain’s southeastern Alicante province, on the Costa Blanca. It’s known for its Mediterranean climate and coastline. Promenades run along sandy, resort-backed beaches. The tiny Museo del Mar y de la Sal houses exhibits exploring the town’s fishing and salt-mining history, museums, waterparks, and vibrant nightlife. Inland, the Lagunas de la Mata-Torrevieja Nature Park has trails and 2 salt lakes, one pink and the other green,
